Access, Equity, & Achievement For All Through InnovativePractice

Equity in education requires putting systems in place to ensure that every child and adolescent has an equal chance for success. That requires understanding the unique challenges and barriers faced by individual students or by populations of students and providing additional support to help them overcome those barriers. (

We will create a working environment to frame constructive conversations for exploring diversity, equity, and inclusion in race, gender, socio-economic status, and neurodiversity—through an engaged interactive reflective process.

We will explore:

How we currently meet the diverse and unique needs of our students
How we create inclusive environments that will engage students to reach their full potential?
What are the systemic barriers that impede students from successfully accessing resources in our communities?
How innovative practices and spaces engage and meet the needs of all students? Each participant will choose a focus that will best serve the population they are affiliated with and will complete an impact project that is immediately relevant to informing practice.
